Excellent technical and physical skills will be taught that will help develop muscle coordination, balance, discipline, and strength. Emphasis will be on having fun while developing a sense of responsibility.

Practices will be held in the Sauquoit Valley Elementary School starting in November through the end of December. The exact dates will be posted in the Latest News section on our website as soon as we get approval from the school district.

NYWAY (New York Wrestling Association for Youth) membership is required for insurance purposes and entrance to tournaments. This can be purchased at any of our practices including at the sumer camp. NYWAY membership is valid for one year, so new memberships will be needed in November.
